2025 update: Due to skyrocketing operating costs, years of inflation impact, and the expensive reality of a self-sustaining, off-grid resort, we are in a position in which we must raise 2025 rates in order to keep Lundy open. We want Lundy to be here for today's guests and future generations; in order to do so, adjustments to prices must be made. We deeply appreciate the support, spirit and loyalty of Lundy Longtimers as we strive to preserve this historic resort that serves as a special place of escape, reunion, and tradition in this modern world. As prices change, we are also enacting a new deposit policy to reduce up-front reservation costs, as well as discounts rewarding long and multiple stays. As always, we continue to reinvest funds back into Lundy. Thank you for your understanding - LONG LIVE LUNDY.
 

BASE RATES

 

Standard Campsites without utility hookups: 

nightly base rate is $35

Premium Campsites and Campsites with hookups:

nightly base rates range from $50 - $100, depending on site utility accomodations, proximity to lake/view, and size

Cabins:

nightly base rates range from $200 - $280, depending on the size of cabin

All cabin and camping base rates are for 2 person occupancy.

If discounts are available, they will appear automatically at checkout.

All stays are subject to Mono County TOT. The 2025 tax rate is 15%.

PAYMENT, DEPOSITS & REFUNDS

 

Deposit Due Upon Booking: 50% of total stay is due upon reservation.

 

Balance: The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to checkin date and will be auto-paid via the card on file unless already paid.

 

Add-ons: You may add extra persons/pets/vehicles to your stay anytime up until checkin.

Cabins: We ask you please do your best to let us know in advance so that the proper quantity of linens and room setup is provided for your party's actual size.

 

Refunds: Read our cancellation/refund policy and terms and conditions online. They are also emailed to you upon booking..
