LLR's historic cabins are a wonderful way to step back in time. Our modest cabins are full of character and stories that have been made and told by families since the 1930's. Enjoy creature comforts including a full kitchen stocked with cookware, private bathroom, cloud pillow top and memory foam mattresses, and outdoor setup on your private deck. 

LLR offers boutique style campsites; each site is unique in its own way. We accommodate every size of setup from tent campers to large RVs and trailers. While we may be off-grid, we have many accommodations for guests including water/sewer/electric hookups, RV dump, fish cleaning station, flush toilets, and hot showers.

Hike one of the most regarded trails in the Eastern Sierra for spring/summer wildflowers and fall foliage colors. This incredible path has multiple points of interest along the way including upper and lower waterfalls, a historic miner's cabin, beaver pond, and scenic views up/down canyon.

For the experienced adventurer, it even leads up and over Lundy Pass to Lake Helen (in Saddlebag Lake's 20 Lakes Basin Loop) and has multiple off-shoots leading to remote mines and alpine lakes.

Whether you like short scenic walks, day hikes, or backpacking treks, Lundy has it all. Take a sunset (or rise) walk around the lake... Step back in time and enter mines of miners' past... Spy beavers in the ponds along Lundy Lake Road...  Quietly seek out wild mule deer among the aspens... Stroll through wildflower-edged paths... Climb to upper lakes... Catch a story-worthy trout in the backcountry...

Lundy Canyon's quaking aspens are considered the "grand finale" of Mono County's fall color season, generally peaking from the first to third week of October, and gradually developing color mid-September through early-October.
